Ep 59 - Emotional Well Being - The Road We Must Take
Psychology and Spirituality | Emotional Well Being - the road we must take, featuring Dr. Anahy Fonseca and Jussara Korngold in a discussion on how to achieve physical, emotional, and mental well being when it is not the path most of us are taking. The Psychology and Spirituality weekly talks are based on the works by Joanna de Angelis and offer a safe space to confront, compare, correlate, and expand spirituality concepts from a psychological lens bringing insights, actionable tips, and real-world advice to help you lead a better life. Marcia Trajano joins Dr. Anahy Fonseca and Jussara Korngold in a conversation around achieving a state of emotional well-being. Is it the road less traveled or the road we must take? Thank you for joining us in this discussion, referencing Dr. M. Scott Peck classic bestseller The Road Less Traveled. hello everyone welcome to the psychology and spirituality a bridge to a better life discussion I'm your host Marcia Jano and with me are do anaa and J corod hi everyone if this is the first time you're watching this podcast like program please note that our program the psychology and spirituality weekly talks are based on the works by Joanna d'angeles and they're here for us to offer you me a safe space to confront compare correlate and expand spirituality Concepts from a psychological lens we're here today to to talk and and perhaps bring along with Joanna d'angeles inight insightful uh content from her books but some tips and real world advice so that all of us can lead a better life but today Dr an and cor it is so good to have you here because we're going to discuss how can we get to to have a better sense of self a better emotion state of emotional well-being right and uh before we get to it um I'd like to recognize the organizations that are sponsoring this program TV monin the United States wondering if we if we take a moment perhaps to to think about our lives reflect upon the the the cycles that we go through the paths that we have taken and we may want to stop and reflect upon and uh ask ourselves did we how did we get here did we plan if we did what were the elements that uh led us to get to where we are now what were some triggers some perhaps culture Norms expectations that shaped us to what we are today and if we did not why not was it a safer easier path but I just want to all of us to imagine that we are all in this together what what am I talking about I'm talking about a a world that is so fluid such uh there's such ambivalence such complexity it's not easy to find the right path so I wanted to uh talk to us today and I'm just going to bring an image for all of us to take a look so what is this image about it is a sculptor rising from a piece of rock right this could be marble but this this sculpture is with a hammer just uh taking away chiseling all the uh
us to take a look so what is this image about it is a sculptor rising from a piece of rock right this could be marble but this this sculpture is with a hammer just uh taking away chiseling all the uh unwanted pieces of that Rock From Within so it it he moves from out of that taken away from himself to become the the the final image I I think that it's such an amazing amazing image it's it's really a half sculpted right and I'd like to propose that we look at it as the image of all of us the mortal being and uh I want to maybe justad if you can talk about it referencing this image but I would like to read a paragraph from the the book by Jonah d'angeles the integral human being where she says the following the great challenge ahead is to free oneself from the strong intricacies of the animalizing passions in order to achieve a state of reasoning wherever one goes one always finds oneself the social anthropological evolution of the individual is the history of the Relentless battles in which the Artisan the spirit extracts from the coarse block or matter the expressions of beauty and grandiosity that lie dormant in itself oh my goodness this is so beautiful J take it away what can you talk to us about this image and and what is it teaching Us in light of that beautiful beautiful passage by Joanna d'angeles hi hello everyone hello Marcia hello an hello everyone that is there and uh as always it's it's with great joy that we prepare ourselves to be with you and to prepare all this our uh uh the studies right this reflection s so that we can go through life you know more prepared I I really love the the symbolism of this image because to me it represents reincarnation itself this is the game of reincarnation right so Joan DeAngelis starts in this chapter chapter uh eight from the uh the the book uh in integral human being actually chapter n uh where she she she says that we have to remember that we are not just what what we are seeing or we think we are today and even
from the uh the the book uh in integral human being actually chapter n uh where she she she says that we have to remember that we are not just what what we are seeing or we think we are today and even what we are today has a root in the past in previous incarnations so we bring with us everything that we have been doing throughout our lives and uh there are so many of them always with the aim as we see in this image of you know the self sculpting itself you know removing the layers of the ego right so that we can uh become the being we are supposed to be but of course this is not uh an easy thing for us to do and we bring a bringing from a tavoc uh knowledge understanding Customs so many things like we bring during our lifetimes it becomes a a challenge because sometimes we do have the possibilities of reading ourselves uh from the excess from that which is um not allowing us to present ourselves and the grandiosity that the the spirit can present itself because we um as stubborn beings we want to stay in the comfortable Zone and which not necessarily Works in our favor so I think this is uh uh H why it is so complicated still for us today even having the knowledge you know that we have this uh saying that we we heard so many times old habits thy heart right I mean it may be hard but we can do it and the need for us to do some effort in order like she says to break break the shackles that um is preventing us to become free yeah Jesus said no the truth and the truth will set you free so when we look at this image although we can see from the waist up the beauty of the image that represented the spirit is still it is impaired by the rest of the the block you know the the part that keeps us in the same place and and prevents us to have our freedom but let's hear more you know from an from you Mar continue our discussion absolutely and what are your thoughts well first of all do you like the image what does it uh remind you of I love the image so first of all hello everyone that are listening to us
inue our discussion absolutely and what are your thoughts well first of all do you like the image what does it uh remind you of I love the image so first of all hello everyone that are listening to us I love the image and I wanted you to look at the sky you know the skies behind the you know the man that is sculpturing it's a stormy sky right and it's um so uh for you know nowadays our stormmy skies the conflicts that we are living in and um in in this struggle to that when we have this kind of conflict um trying to do everything that J was telling us about trying to find ourselves in the midst of all this um you know all this pressures from from within and from without from the world outside of us and also from our inner world so the need to adapt to this reality that we live so that's the ego os's task right to adapt to this reality but as J said so well the rain Incarnation and the knowledge that uh a lot of people are awaken to if they um they don't have it yet but it's uh the spirit of our times is this struggle to release the spirit from the matter uh exactly as uh in this beautiful image that you've put here the man you know sculpturing uh so this is very important because what is in this Stone what is there as children of this um this Fountain of love and and life and creation that we call God so to to free all that we are to evolve as just was saying to learn to make this Divinity glow within uh within to to be able to create a better reality you were talking before Marsh about uh plitude right Janna talks so much about plitude inner peace wholeness right we can think of all of this as synonyms so how do we achieve that we are talking about a journey a common Journey that each one of us are in this transition we are living this life here at this moment uh growing Consciousness towards the the spirit actually as exactly as J was saying so we can look at this image from the point of view of the spirit trying to free all the Divinity that it's you know trying to let go of
ness towards the the spirit actually as exactly as J was saying so we can look at this image from the point of view of the spirit trying to free all the Divinity that it's you know trying to let go of the J said so well of the passions and primitivism that we live each time because our ego is going to leave this in the beginning we have to adapt to this world that it's not yet it's coming we are coming there but it's not yet you know the world of regeneration that it spiritist knowledge talk about that we can we won't have to suffer so much anymore because the spirit will be Freer than it is now we are going to be of course you know all the the spiritual values are going to be much more active in each one of us so we W won't need the the law of the universe the cosmic Consciousness will be much more active in each one of us so we won't struggle so much of course there wouldn't be any more U need for Wars for you know the search of power because the real power is the power it can sound naive for some people but actually it's so it's a wisdom right that uh it's given um just was talking about Jesus also it was given by him and so many Masters and and High Spirits that came uh to help us okay but of course we have the gospel that we cannot seem to up to our days put in practice and really understand with the spirits not only with our egos but anyway so to free ourselves Jonah uh talks uh talks about um ethical values and reason to be able to free ourselves as the sculpture is doing from all this primitivism and really Express the the spirit go ahead now I just want to say because it's such an impactful image here uh where the raw block right that uh the the image is freeing himself from um to me evokes a you know there is a uh harshness to it because it's almost like I am killing myself a little bit or I am becoming vulnerable by attacking myself which that in itself can be understood quite difficult right how come how come you're going to become better by taking away peace of you and I
ittle bit or I am becoming vulnerable by attacking myself which that in itself can be understood quite difficult right how come how come you're going to become better by taking away peace of you and I think from that from a symbolism perspective this is exactly what you're saying and I in in in in in order for us to be free in order for us to to to just take that burden that we carry the baggage that we carry uh from this life and in in past experiences uh right we we need to be able to look at ourselves and see this does not belong to me right I'm I'm going to go through the difficult the harsh uh work of uh diluting taking away chisling uh out of myself anything that it's no longer needed because I have indeed evolved or transformed into something else so I just wanted to to say that because that image is quite strong to me uh from from that perspective in the perspective of reaching that one you know the the the day that the image will be completely free which is that that sense of uh uh fulfillment the sense of uh a plitude or the sense of uh uh I've reached the highest peak of my spirit that still evolving not only now but for many many lifetimes there is a question we have to ask ourselves how are we using this Hammer yes yes am I using it um with the sentiment of um you know responsibility understanding uh or am I using it um with hatred uh and resent in aggression right just exactly because one of theangel says here a lot of our rebelliousness comes from meats that we have in the past that we always have a you know a superior force that to be there just to punish us and I think many of us if not now anymore but definitely in the past we had we had this question oh if if there is a God why do I have to go to all this work all this effort why did this God created me you know perfect right I don't I don't want to go through all things if you're perfect everything is wonderful why do I have to go to all the work and do we completely misunderstand or do not understand the concept of free will so I
don't want to go through all things if you're perfect everything is wonderful why do I have to go to all the work and do we completely misunderstand or do not understand the concept of free will so I imagine that uh it would we would definitely encounter especially at the beginning of our you know incarnations as human beings more of this you know hatred and rebelliousness and and and fear right because if I don't do something about it definitely I'm going to be punished um but we do that because we are going to be punished not because we uh realize we acknowledge that this is the way to do things and then in time the more we free ourselves the more we you know we carve it in right to rele the being uh I think we go to a transition where although I recognize that there is an effort to be done um and yeah I me questions sometimes you know even ask for a little help a little help please um but we will do that with responsibility knowing that at the end when finally we will be able to accomplish you know freedom in this sense we we'll look uh behind and say oh my God how wonderful it is that I did it like you know proud child that comes to their parents you know showing their drawings that you know of of a mouse that you think they can be a lion or whatever right but but also just what comes to my mind when you when you talk about here is the fact that uh um it's it's about doing it's it's growing or in this case freeing from uh all that we don't need anymore and and you mentioned is it with hatred is it with with aggression and I'm thinking here that uh uh why not as as strong the blow it is in that image can we talk also about the fact that we perhaps should do that with love selflove right and and uh which is hard right to to to to to grow into something I am not yet to grow in the again metaphorically speaking from that raw material into a beautiful wellestablished figure in that case of the sculpture but I I was wondering and and maybe uh and you can talk a little
grow in the again metaphorically speaking from that raw material into a beautiful wellestablished figure in that case of the sculpture but I I was wondering and and maybe uh and you can talk a little bit about it how does it relate the the self uh transformation self uh uh awareness of the form that you need to be how does it uh um how does it compare for example to the this chaotic ambivalent complex world where we don't seem to be able to to stay free of conflicts right if we look today in in a world and if we look for the past 150 years we have not been yet a a a planet that we live without sources of conflict and the conflict is it from inside out or outside in what do you think an well um I'm thinking here listening to you guys um that one of the things when I looked at that image okay remind me about um mikelangelo David yeah and uh remind me that um somebody asked mikelangelo how was he able because it it's considered I think one of the most beautiful sculptures created by man up to our days right and when he uh was asked how he made uh this sculpture because it's like a 4 and a half meters in a single block of marble uh and we know that it's in Florence in the Arts Academy so when we know that Michelangelo said it was easy look at that he said it okay we are talking about melang right but we are all you know looking at him as well we all all wish and we hope to be like a Michelangelo sculpturing um the stone I I want to talk a little bit about the symbol of the stone um to free our souls our spirit as J was talking about so Mel said well it was easy I spent a long time a long time looking at the marble until I saw David in it then I took the hammer and the Chisel and removed everything that wasn't David look at that so uh I was going to say that in that image we can that you've put uh Mara for us to think about um the sculpture can be as youa said the from the point of view of the spirit so the self the spirit living many lives right uh to grow to evolve and
can that you've put uh Mara for us to think about um the sculpture can be as youa said the from the point of view of the spirit so the self the spirit living many lives right uh to grow to evolve and to uh you know this path of evolution that we are heading towards uh Divinity towards the source towards God uh but um and of course I agree with that but from the point of view of the ego the image because there's always uh in in this Duality because we are here we are spirits incarnated in the matter so we are at this moment um in a duality ego and self or higher self as some people call it okay uh so so we can look from the point of view of the self capital S the spirit as the did and we can look from the point of view of the ego so the sculpture if the sculpture is the ego uh in this life as you were talking about okay trying to free what from the stone yeah and doing all this effort and struggling so much and if we don't know what we are doing in this life then we get we get everything that you said was talking about resentment hatred we are manipulated for you know from outside of course because we don't know exactly as you sat said that Jesus said know yourself and this knowledge will set you free so and if we don't know if we lose ourselves if we don't know what we are trying to free from the stone then of course we are going to be manipulated we are going to be lost we are going to be depressed anxious and all of many things that we are seeing nowadays unfortunately in many people so I was thinking about okay let's think that we are like Michelangelo I love it so easy but look at what he says and I would like to I love to hear you guys about that I spent a long time looking at the marble until I saw David in it so uh and David it's a Biblical figure we know that David and Goliath and all the you know so this effort to so that the king the the higher uh wisdom can grow within us so uh if we are like the ego and Jun says that you have to really pay attention to
David and Goliath and all the you know so this effort to so that the king the the higher uh wisdom can grow within us so uh if we are like the ego and Jun says that you have to really pay attention to this higher Consciousness within yourself and I'm thinking now that spiritist knowledge uh tells us a lot about prayer about meditation right I would love to hear J talk about that because then I made an analogy as being all of us being like mikelangelo looking at our Stone okay in like in the sculpture that is the okay only that that the sculpture would be the ego in from this point of view looking at the stone and trying to see David in this Stone okay and trying to free David and for us to think together I just wanted to give you a little bit of what y talks about the symbolis of the Stone so I quote him yeah Stone symbolizes something permanent that can never be lost or dissolved something Eternal that some have compared to the mystical experience of God within one's own soul I think this is so beautiful so if we are trying to find God its representation and I think what's what John is telling us and Jesus told us all the time with the gospel the path that we should uh follow follow me right uh that uh we are going towards this beautiful light and love that and peace that it's God and we are creating it freeing it let let's say from uh within all that it's still primitive in us so I think that Joanna was telling us uh that we should be like uh like Michelangelo Michelangelo and I think we can be that because Jesus said everything that I do you can do right but of course was telling of course let's exactly as you said let's work for it not be lazy as and as you said oh we have a thousand of years okay but the what's thousand of years for the spirit that it's immortal Eternal Soo tells so many times to shik shave our dear shik shave that the life here is like a split second in eternity in this it's but a blink right yeah but a blink right so let's do like Michelangelo and let's look to this
times to shik shave our dear shik shave that the life here is like a split second in eternity in this it's but a blink right yeah but a blink right so let's do like Michelangelo and let's look to this Stone and trying to see everything that is precious there that it's divine and uh because it's already there so from the N Duo point of view if we are talking from the point of view I'm sorry people I'm leading you like you know like children because I was inspired by just s and he said let's do like children growing and seeing oh look at that Mom Dad it's so beautiful but I'm I'm feeling like that because also Jesus said let's you know let's be like children to be able to be in the Kingdom of my father so and to create and to be creative and happy and joyful so I think we should work like sculptures of ourselves and we can do in a sense of uh looking at the Spirit trying to free uh you know and grow exactly as usada said from different incarnations and also from the point of view of the ego trying to free this Spirit trying to find this spirit so I think is we are talking from the psychological point of view of what we call all uh as yans we call ego self AIS so it's a conversation is an AIS that it links the ego that that our personality here in this life our Consciousness here and the self and our spirit as J J say so let's make this conversation uh let let's deepen this conversation let's make it more powerful more conscious and um so that it can go both ways that that was my suggestion I would love to hear you guys what do you think about that yeah J before before you come in I just wanted to to say what comes to my mind with this discussion is to look as Michelangelo I look for David but look for within the Divine that is in all of us that Divine spark that was never outside of us it's inside but boy we are so lost we most of us are so lost it it's a world of uh of so much information so many inputs that come to us all the time there's so much expectation to to
er outside of us it's inside but boy we are so lost we most of us are so lost it it's a world of uh of so much information so many inputs that come to us all the time there's so much expectation to to survive and I just can imagine from a a a sense of definition of the ego right the ego we're trying to protect us and and be able to um and be able to to fulfill all the demands of this external Material World this life that we live and yet uh we have it all the answers are within right the David can be found in this very messy or very hard rock or stone that it's it's going to to come out of it once we pay attention to it once we we we take the time to look for it and I I love what you said let's be mangel and say it's actually easy it's easy right let's do it with love self-love with forgiveness for all the the things that we have not attended yet or not ready right not ready to to to to to Chisel out yet but maybe tomorrow I'll I'll be strong enough to to get the peace out so I can be closer to my Divine Essence but J I would love to hear from you as well yeah and this is basically what Jesus came to do right and what the angelist is always taking us through this path by mentioning him by mentioning his uh examples and teachings and the thing is um uh since we are not even mid Midway and we are still questioning the purpose why all that difficulty and being resentful with uh God and everyone and the world and blaming the world and and blaming people for all the the adversities that we may face you know I'm going through that because that person did that to me so I have to retaliate so we can get into a path of um so much hatred and resentment that we can lose ourselves yes and uh to the point where we will think about giving up so instead of keeping on you know building up in the sense removing what shouldn't be there anymore keeping us uh stuck in the ground we will look at it more like a game that we do not want to play anymore like a spoiled child we will say I don't want it I'm
removing what shouldn't be there anymore keeping us uh stuck in the ground we will look at it more like a game that we do not want to play anymore like a spoiled child we will say I don't want it I'm not going to do it and uh we will uh even come to the point where we will self annihilate ourselves yes through through suicide and and this means having to start all over again so so all the work that I have done everything that I have to achieve here it is your you know your block of marble brand new so you have to to start all over again go through all the experiences again or at least catch from where you began this last experience you know because this is the work this is what is going to make you become brighter and better right but but it but it is it is so hard and um I I and and in this chapter this is what Janna DeAngelis is talking about to us you know to H to to make a plan I I love the way she ends it because she says for us to achieve a specific goal particular that of Peace you know of becoming whole right uh we need a planning we need a plan um and um for me to plan something I need to go yeah to have this goal I have to have self-awareness you know like you know in this case from outside we are looking what it is inside so I can move away from this marble of block marble and see I can see myself holding it I want and beautiful and beautiful right I want to free myself from it this is this is the selfawareness and then we will have to go with the action as she says and so this is uh the only way that we actually be successful and the thing is we have the free will to decide how long we are going to take but it's time for us to own it and to start doing something about it you may even delay your evolvement you know being kind of lazy right and doing the little as possible but if we at least keep moving forward and every time we try to to know to go further from this idea of freedom of responsibility of the beauty um that represents the immortal Spirit we should pick up ourselves up
least keep moving forward and every time we try to to know to go further from this idea of freedom of responsibility of the beauty um that represents the immortal Spirit we should pick up ourselves up again and uh and say no I'm not I'm I'm not going to give myself to those kind of emotions that are so destructive to me um and that also can provoke so much destruction that this is what we see when you know uh neighbors fighting against neighbors right and and and Wars becoming a reality and us just the giving up uh to dismay not believing that yes we are in control I have the hammer I have the Chisel and it's just a matter of me start working and freeing myself from all of this I think the word that comes to my mind is courage right uh J the courage because uh as we know um we are the only self aware animals today right we we talk about intelligence found in I don't know dogs and cats and dolphins and whales Etc so there is a intelligence that uh makes us not the only beings intelligent but we're the only self-aware inhabiting this Earth and I think um it is so easy to be uh quote unquote drunk in in living a life of Illusions or uh living a life of uh looking at different narratives outside of our own so I just want to perhaps uh go back to Nai and and and ask you an um when J talks about you know we have to have the courage well was my word but do we have the courage to to to to go into this journey of self-awareness can you talk a little bit about to perhaps those stories that we tell about ourselves those myths those narrative and how important it is for us to take a look at it from a psychological perspective or psychological maturity perspective Ive yeah because the myths of all people says they represent our projections of our uh personal and Collective stories and um the feelings and the emotions and the memories so they all are projected onto these characters and stories and um they are ancient in our Psych they are you know really in the collective unconscious okay and so we
and the emotions and the memories so they all are projected onto these characters and stories and um they are ancient in our Psych they are you know really in the collective unconscious okay and so we share all of this and I think Jonah jeles also I was listening to jar and reminded me that she also says we have a a word in Portuguese for missing but it's um it would be translated I think better as longing right yes um so what I think think is that she says that it's like the new myth that uh you know we give so much um attention to outside things and people and achievements of of others exactly I just said we we kind of got lost from ourselves and um so what happens that then um the heroes we say the the Hero Journey that we have been talking about many times uh in psychological field and here many times we have talked so the hero's journey is about sacrifice is about all this struggle and this effort to find ourselves and to free ourselves exactly uh as we have been talking today uh but we kind of got mixed up with celebrities so the new heroes are actual celebrities that many times that don't do anything they lost themselves right they lost themselves yes and only stuck in the material values you know and just looking beautiful but this is you know we know in this lifetime it's very uh impermanent because everybody grows old and everybody's going going to die in a sense that we are going to the other side of life it's a portal to the other side but I think it's a Jonah talks about this ill as Illusions so the new myths that we are many times our Illusions um making people like lost in what is really important because if we are not connected to the hero within ourselves that that sculpture that we were looking at the effort the struggle and exactly as J said so we have to you know make this effort we are it's a precious opportunity this life to evolve to find ourselves to awaken the Divinity within ourselves so if we get lost in this in this illusion that creates myths
you know make this effort we are it's a precious opportunity this life to evolve to find ourselves to awaken the Divinity within ourselves so if we get lost in this in this illusion that creates myths that mean nothing okay so uh we kind of forget the myths that represent in the collective all of the struggle of human beings Humanity to evolve so everything that we have been living this past hundred or thousands of years it's not wasted actually if we today realize how precious it is how many people wonderful Souls gave birth to us so many times times if we talk about reincarnation so that we are here now with this precious opportunity learning okay we have a mother and father but wow we have so many mothers and fathers that are not lost for us because they are in our spiritual memory and we go back to the spiritual Dimension we're going of course uh remember and we are always together anyways through this loving energy because as I always tell you uh tell you guys that um I love that word that faith is the wisdom of the heart so Yung says that the heart remembers so maybe my ego is not remembering everybody that is waiting and that is cheering ah yes yeah like J said bring me your you know drawings that look I want to draw like Michelangelo but okay now here in this life I'm drawing not yet not yet but for people that loves us in this life and also in the spiritual Dimension everything that we they are helping us they are you know saying yes go ahead you can be a Michelangelo so they are with us we are never alone never alone beautiful yeah so I think Mara that Janna Jan is saying this longing for peace for inner peace that is all about us loving ourselves respecting ourselves paying attention to our own stones to free the Divine uh within ourselves so Janna says that this longing for peace is making it's like a paradox because a lot of people are so mature and so lost but at the same time that's so beautiful in the spirit because she talks about deot tropism I think it would be in so this movement
t's like a paradox because a lot of people are so mature and so lost but at the same time that's so beautiful in the spirit because she talks about deot tropism I think it would be in so this movement towards God in the soul so we have it's Latin world right I don't know I'm not sure how would be the translation to uh to English but she talks about this inner force that the the spirit is attracted to to the source that we call God the source of love life so we have to trust this wisdom this inner wisdom and she says that all this new myth uh is also all about this longing for peace that is growing inside of each one of us and when there are people enough with this feeling then the vibration would be totally different and I do hope Janna is helping um happy with us of course she's helping us too but happy with us and as I hope jalo is with our effort of talking about her wonderful teachings for people in English so that we can reconnect have this uh this strength and this Faith from the heart that uh we are able to be like nicolangelo and to free ourselves absolutely I think we're at the very end of our talk today and and uh some of the topics are the difficulty and how lost we often feel that we are today how perhaps in those uh narratives those stories those myths that we that we uh look forward it's very much an archetypical image or projection right of that the hero's journey and uh but we we don't know who's the hero we we we are the hero and um it it requires courage to to have that journey and uh many times we prefer not to to to face ourselves instead to believe in the world of Illusion so here is our invitation for the courage to Chisel away and and bring from inside out the beautiful David that it is all of us just yes yeah just one thing that I would like to clarify we are all in favor and admire you know talented celebrities one you was mentioning of course just not to be any kind of misunderstanding is you know what IND the world would uh refer to it's 15
arify we are all in favor and admire you know talented celebrities one you was mentioning of course just not to be any kind of misunderstanding is you know what IND the world would uh refer to it's 15 minutes time okay right yes 15 minutes uh span of you know of Fame uh be uh because we we acknowledge and we have been talking about one of them today so much Michelangelo he was a tough person to to have a relationship with of course as a genius they all have their their U um quirk way of Behaving right but uh we we have to recognize talents the diverse talents that we have and um in this case I think it is time for us to look at ourselves look ourselves in the mirror and say I am a celebrity oh I love it what more than that right yeah so this is beautiful I I really appreciate I I'm leaving today with a warmer sense uh of of how how do I need to go into this inner Journey the the the L the The Road Less travel right to go into it with with courage and and uh Traverse it with that mindset of the hero's journey that we all have inside of us we we we have what it takes to to be Brave and to conquer ourselves to to get to that sense of uh uh infinite happiness and the sense of well-being that we it's it's it's here it's it's at our fingertips so with that I want to say thank you both and uh we'll talk again next time thanks everyone bye bye
